"GUATEMALA HOUSE" "CASA GUATEMALA"

More than 250 children live in the "Guatemala House". They have several needs :schools supplies, hygiene products and PJ's.
Again in this mission the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, Fajardo Campus is going to sponsor these effort. Join us in the next PJ's Project to Guatemala. Soon we would share details of the trip. Pray and send a PJ to one of these little angels.

PJ Project at Dominican Republic : Proyecto de Payamas en Republica Dominicana

GOD IS GOOD!!! No doubt!! The sky was cloudly and start raining as soon we travel to San Cristobal, half an hour from the capital. During the travel my prayer to the Lord was about the floods. When we arrived the International Ministry Missionary-Rev. Madeline Flores drove me to the Juan Pablo Pina's Hospital. There we have the opportunity to share PJ's at the newborn's room. I saw more than 20 little angels. The other children were between 4 and 13 years old. It was a wonderful experience!!!

Time was too short to share with them. Again,thanks a lot to the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico-Fajardo Campus, Dr. Ismael Suarez Herrero-Rector, Rev. Dr. Rafael Hiraldo-Director of Chapliancy Office, Iris Torres-secretary, Lucy Ortiz -her department staff and all who sent a PJ's for this mission.

Thanks to my cousin and her husband: Josie and Raul Cuevas that inconditionally transport me, design the poster and transfer the Tshirt logos.

DIOS ES BUENO!!! Sin duda alguna!! El cielo estaba nublado y comenzo a llover tan pronto iniciamos el trayecto al pueblo de San Cristobal a media hora de la capital. Nuestra oracion al Senor era que no hubiesen inundaciones. A nuestra llegada, la Misionera de Ministerios Internacionales nos dirigio al Hospital Juan Pablo Pina y su Sala de recien nacidos. Alli conocimos mas de 20 pequenos angelitos. Ciertamente falto tiempo para compartir. Los otros ninos(as) eran de 4 hasta 13. Fue una experiencia maravillosa!!

Una vez mas agradecemos a la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico-Recinto de Fajardo, su Rector-Dr. Ismael Suarez Herrero, el Rev. Dr. Rafael Hiraldo -Director de la Oficina de Capellania, Iris, Jose, Lucy, Mary Ann y a toda la comunidad universitaria que colaboro para enviar una payamita a todos(as) estos(as) ninos(as).

Gracias a mi prima y su esposo Josie y Raul Cuevas, quienes incondicionalmente me transportan, disenan el "poster" y las camisetas del ministerio. Bendiciones para todos(as)!!!!

PJ Project In Action

I would like to share with you a picture of the first purchase of the first PJ's that has been distributed to a needy family in the Indian River County in Florida. Here is Rev. Ileana Vargas, President of God's Connection Ministries with the PJ's.

The Rev. Madeline Flores, Missionary in the Dominican Republic from ABC International Ministries, will be receiving us in June to distribute the PJ's to the needy children in the base communities of the Dom. Republic.

The Inter American University, Fajardo Campus has begun their PJs Campaign collection.

PJ Project

These amazing operation provides new pajamas to children in need. Many are without bedtime clothing. With your help they could sleep warm.
These pajamas are going to be sent to needy children overseas to the Dominican Republic in June 2009 and Guatemala in November 2009. For Guinea Ecuatorial-Africa in 2010.
***Some Ministers of the Florida Hispanic Churches would join these effort. The Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, Fajardo Campus, its Rector - Dr. Ismael suarez Herrero and Rev. Dr. Rafael Hiraldo - Chaplain are going to participate in these project.

Proyecto PJ
Este novedoso proyecto pretende proveer payamas nuevas a ninos(as) en extrema necesidad. Muchos(as) de ellos(as) nunca han tenido una pieza de ropa para dormir protegidos(as). Con su ayuda usted podra hacer feliz un pequeno corazon.
Estas payamas seran llevadas a traves de los mares a lugares como Republica Dominicana para el mes junio 2009. A Guatemala en noviembre 2009 y para el 2010 a Guinea Ecuatorial en Africa.
** Varios Ministros de las Iglesias Hispanas de Florida se han interesado en participar de este esfuerzo. La Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Fajardo - su Rector, el Dr. Ismael Suarez Herrero y el Director de la Oficina de Capellania Universitaria - Rev. Dr. rafael Hiraldo estaran respaldando este proyecto.

These project need the "hands" and "open hearts" of volunteers to share God's love connection utilizing puppets, christian music and stories in every town.

In order to accomplish this portion of the Children's Ministry if any institution, family or person would be willing to donate a van, that is in good condition and that could be easily converted into a mobile theater for this ministry, it would be greatly appreciated.
